Processing your order, manufacturing the products and (free) delivery take our team a maximum of 10 to 15 business days. We do everything we can to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free (excluding the French overseas territories).

If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your parcel will arrive shortly.

A problem with the postal service? Parcel lost, broken, destroyed?

With our secure delivery, Style Chinois® handles disputes on your behalf. Our customers' satisfaction is our priority. We don't pass the blame to the carrier and leave you to "fend for yourself". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.

Deliveries to the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) are generally longer (up to 2 months from the day of the order) in order to remain financially accessible. An additional delivery cost will be charged for the following countries:

Yes, as long as your order is not "being processed".

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, however, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

We can only accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before every shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible) at contact@style-chinois.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

All our textiles come with a size guide to spare our valued customers this kind of inconvenience. Our team has taken care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for items that are too small/large. Nevertheless, we know that buying such an item can cause great frustration.
